Hello all and welcome!
Please bear with me whilst I get my head around this ‘blog’ thing! My husband always laughs at me as I have an IT Level 2 qualification but it appears ‘blogging’ (amongst other things!) was not one of the topics covered!
Hopefully, you have found this blog by searching ‘Life’ or ‘Diet’ or ‘Health’ or even ‘Nutritious Recipes’… that or I’ve been pestering you to ‘click’ on the link I’ve sent!
Anyway, the reason for this blog is simple! I am conjuring up loads of yummy, healthy recipes and wanted to share them with you! Most of my recipes will be vegetarian, some will be vegan, several will be juices (my latest kitchen addition) and almost all of them will be made from fresh, wholesome and often organic produce.
You will probably find numerous ‘free-from’ recipes particularly dairy free, egg free and gluten free as I am researching and writing a dissertation on the effects of diet on health and illness.
As well as recipes, I will endeavour to offer tips and guidance as appropriate to Life, Diet and Health drawing on my Nutritional Therapy, Nutrition and Teaching background.
