It’s sunny. There is an almost clear blue sky! 🙂
It’s the weekend. Get off the internet and go outside! Go for a walk, get the bike out, do some gardening (lots of seeds can be planted from now onwards), take a ball to the park, try out those running shoes or dig out those dusty rollerblades! 😛
Any form of exercise releases endorphins which create a feel-good feeling… 🙂 🙂 🙂 and depending on the exercise type, frequency and the intensity, it can be great for your heart health, your overall fitness and ultimately your weight.
Also, ‘fresh’ air in itself gives us a feeling of happiness 🙂 Breathing fresh rather than stale air allows us to inhale more oxygen 🙂 Oxygen can increase your energy levels, improve concentration, clear your lungs, strengthens your immune system and improves your blood pressure 🙂 If possible, get out of the city air and find somewhere with pure clean air, maybe the countryside, a park or at the coast. Sorry I can’t send you any fresh air but here’s some spring flowers – surrounded by fresh air! 😛 🙂
